We were commissioned by Imageworld to redesign their logo from scratch. They are a commercial small and large format printers. Our briefing was to design a strong iconic Logo & Logotype with a more dominant blue palette.
“Fold symbolises: motion, paper, texture, boxes, ink and industry (factory-scape silhouette).
“Inner World” expresses a sense of individualism, an ink jet, ink dot (halftone), all-in-one and a roll of paper.
After these mockups, the client requested we revert to a more conservative look akin to the original logo design.
The more contemporary redesign with an 80’s throwback, pays a loose tribute to the original. This logo illustrates a ream of paper sheets being handled and the motion indicative of a photocopier drum or large format printer paper roll in the “i”.
